What we collect
Details you provide in the screening form and during enrollment: your child's name, date of birth and developmental information, parent and caretaker details, and contact information. During therapy we record assessments, goals, activities, session attendance, and progress notes.
How we use it
Only to provide our services: screening, assessment, therapy planning, progress tracking, and communicating with you about your child. We do not sell or share your family's information with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
Where it is stored
Records are stored in secure cloud infrastructure with access restricted by role. Therapists see only children of their own branch. Parents see only their own children. All access to clinical records is logged.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, or delete your family's records at any time by contacting your centre. Deletion requests are honoured subject to any record keeping required for clinical continuity.
Children's data
All child records exist solely for the child's care and are entered by or with the consent of a parent or guardian.
